How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
If your order is only 1-2 products then you can have this shipped to your PO Box however if you are unsure of your size requirements we would suggest you contact your local post office to confirm they can hold your goods. We take no responsibility in your post office declining to hold your goods on site should it not fit in your post office box.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return and a 10% restocking fee.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Please follow these regulations for returning merchandise:
- All items must be in new condition, and in their original state as you received them.
- All original packaging must be included with the return.
- Returns must be within 14 days from the date of order.
- Please note Shipping charges are not covered by our refund policy and are non-refundable.
- Buyer pays return shipping.
- If you return part of an order you will only be refunded for the returned item.
- If product is NOT defective, a 10% re-stocking fee will apply.
- If you have received wrong item(s), please return to us for exchange and all shipping charges will be at our expense.
